  1. Don’t know to choose which size?

Before choose your size, please refer to our size chart ( to make sure the size fit you. If you size is not suit for our size chart, then you can choose our free custom sizing service. Here is the link of our measuring guide, which may help you.

  1. Is your product the same as the picture?

All of our products are the same as the photos. 

  1. How is the quality of your products?

If you need your dress urgently, rush order is available so that you can get the product in time, But we strongly suggest you to contact us before place order, to avoid in-excitable order.

  1. When can I get my item?

As all orders must be processed before they can be shipped, The Total Delivery time is split into two parts: Normally, for wedding dresses the processing time is 12-15 working days and and the shipping time is 3-5 working days. You will get your dresses in 15-20 working days. For other dresses, processing time is 10-12 working days and shipping time is also 3-5 working days. You will get your dresses in 13-17 working days. But we strongly advise you to place order at least a month before your event! Please kindly notice, the processing time may be extended during the peak seasons which you could check the detailed purchase information at each dress ending page!

  1. How can I make a change on my order?

  1. How do I return the item I got?

After you received your item, please check it right way. If there is something wrong with our product or you are not satisfied with the product, please contact our customer service ( ) with 3 days after you got it or them. More information about our return policy:
